Matthew and Nanette DeLuca

Started in New York City in 1987 as a recruiting firm, the Management Resource Group has evolved into a Human Resources training and consulting firm with major clients in the entertainment, banking, health care and financial services industries.

We have written operations manuals and employee handbooks, specifically created to meet our clients' unique needs; we have developed and delivered management training programs from Santiago, Chile to Basking Ridge, New Jersey.

When facing downsizing or restructuring, we have provided out-placement programs tailored to our clients' requirements. On-site, we have conducted training programs on sexual harassment, team-building and management training.

Since 1992, Matt and Nanette DeLuca have written books on job searching techniques, interview guidelines and negotiation tips.  Publications have been translated into several languages.  In July, 2010 a major revision to the best selling 'Best Answers to the 201 Most Frequently Asked Interview Questions' was published.
